Natur im Garten

As well as many gardeners in Klosterneuburg so is the town itself part of the gardening project "Natur im Garten". The community gardens and all public spaces are maintained without the use of pesticides, chemicals or peat. Throughout the town there are many projects of the community gardeners like bee medows, raised beds with vegetable or little fruit gardens. The gardeners focus on diversity and plants which are important for insects and birds.
